We mill, turn and grind one-off parts and small batches to your drawings. Before manufacturing, we agree the material, tolerances and workholding for each component.
What we provide
- 3-axis milling: 1600 × 800 × 400 mm
- 4-axis milling: 400 × 400 × 400 mm
- Turning: 180 × 400 mm; max. swing: 350 mm
- Surface grinding: 400 × 800 mm; max. workpiece weight 400 kg
- Individual parts and small batches to drawings
- We agree on material, tolerances, workholding and delivery timing for your component.

- Metals: aluminium, steel, VA, copper
- Other materials: HGW, PEEK, POM (ELS and standard), PE, Tecadur (ELS and standard), PA6, PTFE, Tekaform
